Engel Viiskulma day-care centre

Engel Viiskulma is a day-care centre located on Merimiehenkatu right next to St. John’s Church. Children at the day-care centre play in the Johanneksen leikkipuisto playpark.

 

The day-care centre is open on weekdays from 8.00am - 5.00 pm.

 

The day-care centre’s early childhood education and care caters to children from 1 to 6 years old. They are divided into functional groups: 1–2-year-olds are in the Taimi group, 3-year-olds are in the Toimija group, and 4–5-year-olds are in the Tietäjä group. Five-year-olds are given viskari education.

 

Preschool education for all Engel day-care centres is organised at Engel Viiskulma day-care centre so that preschoolers can experience a classroom environment. At the same time, they get to know the future classmates better.
